Q: Are tables and chairs included?
A: Yes, 25 handcrafted reception tables, 200 wooden garden chairs, and 24 ceremony pews are included in your rental. We also include 3 food and beverage serving tables and a cake table.
Q: Are linens required for your tables?
A: No, we do not require linens to cover the tables. Our tables are beautifully handcrafted and look wonderful without linens or with a simple runner.
Q: What are your cleanup requirements?
A: Our goal at Maypop Fields is to make your wedding day as relaxing and stress free as possible. This is why the Maypop Experience includes setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs as well as all cleanup up the facility.
Q: Is a parking attendant included?
A: Yes, a parking attendant and golf cart are included to assist in transportation of handicap guests.
Q: Are we required to use your preferred vendors?
A: You are welcome to use any licensed vendor of your choosing! We do not have a preferred vendor’s list, but we are happy to recommend vendors if you need guidance.
Q: How many guests can you accommodate?
A: We can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Q: Do you offer any upgrades or all-inclusive services?
A: Yes, we offer a Decor Package and Decorator as well as custom all-inclusive packages!
